Every transformation starts with a single moment of honesty — a breath, a willingness to see yourself clearly.
My work is a conversation with your truth. It’s part coaching, part energy medicine, part remembrance.
Together we bring your awareness home to the body, to what’s real right now, and from there the path forward reveals itself.

How I Work
This work is meant to serve you not only in this moment, but for the rest of your life.
The Foundation
If we decide to begin together, we start with a 90-minute initial session.
It gives us space to explore the landscape of your life — what’s working, what feels tender, and what patterns are asking to shift.
These sessions move quickly; within that first meeting you’ll already feel movement and insight.
I’ll usually give you “living homework” — gentle practices, reflection prompts, and awareness points to explore as you move through everyday life and relationships.
Subsequent sessions are 60–90 minutes and build on the awareness from the last.
Each time we meet, the next pattern naturally rises to the surface. With my intuitive sight and ability to read the body and energy field, we access the stories, wisdom, and power already within you — waiting to be remembered.
At the moment, I’m only accepting clients who can commit to weekly or bi-weekly sessions so we can maintain momentum.
For those seeking single-session clarity, I also offer Realign Readings and Deeper Sessions as focused “deep-dives.”
All sessions are held remotely via Zoom, and I’ve worked with clients all over the world.
Everything we discuss is confidential.
Sessions may be recorded and placed in a private Dropbox folder for you to download.
Preparing for Your First Session
You’ll receive a brief intake form to help guide our focus — no need for perfect sentences, just honest reflections.
Bring a notebook if you like to jot down insights, or record the session if that helps you integrate later.
The Layers of This Work
There are many ways to describe what happens in a session, but at its core, this work unfolds through four interwoven layers:
Awareness – Seeing yourself with honesty and compassion.
We begin by bringing light to what’s been unseen — patterns, emotions, and energetic imprints that quietly shape your experience.Embodiment – Listening to your body as the truth-teller.
The body carries your history, intuition, and wisdom. Through breath, presence, and felt sensation, you reconnect to its language and remember what safety feels like.Integration – Allowing the insights to become lived experience.
This is where awareness becomes movement — where clarity turns into new choices, new boundaries, new ways of relating.Alignment – Living from truth.
Over time, your inner and outer worlds come into coherence. Relationships shift. Your energy reorganizes. You begin to live as the person your soul has been asking you to be.
Sometimes the most powerful action is stillness — letting the truth settle into your system until movement feels natural. We don’t rush transformation here; we let it root.
This version feels more complete for your style — it honours your multidimensional approach (mind–body–spirit–relationship) while remaining accessible to new visitors.
My Style
I use the term relationship coach, yet the relationship we begin with is always the one with yourself — including your body and emotions.
This isn’t a step-by-step formula; it’s a discovery process that reveals the space between who you truly are and the version you’ve had to play.
We’ll use language like ego, inner child, and healing because they help us map where authenticity ends and protection begins.
When I work with you, I work for three versions of you — the child you once were, who you are now, and who you’re becoming.
The relationship you cultivate with yourself shapes every other relationship in your life.
This work ripples outward — into your family, partnerships, friendships, and creative and professional life.
My Approach
I’m non-conventional and intuitive.
I use analogies to make the unseen understandable.
I’ve been able to see patterns since childhood and have spent decades refining this gift through study, mentorship, and my own inner work.
I’ll never guide you somewhere I haven’t gone myself.
Sometimes this journey brings up uncomfortable feelings or truths.
That’s okay — healing asks us to feel what we’ve avoided. We are all a mix of light and shadow, and both belong.
You may feel more sensitive at times; this is normal. As a one-on-one client, you also have direct messaging support with any questions or ‘healing crisis’ if they arise.
Ultimately, our goal is for you to take 100 percent responsibility for your life.
My role isn’t to tell you what you want to hear — it’s to help you see what’s true.
That’s where your power lives.
Readiness
Some people are ready for this depth of work; others are not — and both are perfectly okay.
Your readiness isn’t a measure of worth, just timing.
